TESTIMONIALS

I was unable to face rejection from my girlfriend who had been in a relationship with me for 12

years. After the breakup, I got into several bad habits. At MoH, I was helped to cope differently,

to leave my bad habits and begin new hobbies as well. I was able to let go of my past

relationships, which had caused a lot of pain. I was helped to think of how I can face the future

and look at myself in a different way.

Amit, 21 - Chennai - INDIA

I was unable to have any friends at my workplace or at my clubs. So I took help from MoH to

understand how I could better my communication. After about 10 sessions, I was about to make

progress with my communication at the workplace, and got a promotion because I’d now learnt

how to present my work. I also became confident in relating to people with the roleplays and

support that I received from MoH.

Raju, 22 - Bangalore - INDIA

I had gotten married at age 25 and gotten divorced at 26. For a year, I experienced a lot of

confusion, pain, grief and anger. I ended up with severe migraines and panic attacks. I

approached MoH at this stage and was support to move away from being helpless to experience more

control and awareness of my life. I was able to take charge of my emotions and my past. I was

able to forget the pain and move on to live a better life.
